Founding member of the Firm, as head of the judicial sector, carries out legal advice and assistance (judicial and extrajudicial), mainly in commercial and corporate matters for multinational companies, medium and small Italian and foreign companies, in particular French.

He has gained significant experience in assisting companies by representing them before the ordinary Jurisdictional bodies and at the Superior Courts, as well as in national arbitrations, mediations and assisted negotiations and offers contractual and out-of-court advice for a wide range of business realities.

He assists one of the three most important groups of companies worldwide in the elevator sector as a specialist in the field of procurement and harmonized standards to the EU Lifts Directive 2014/33.

Expert in the law of inheritance, he acts as an Inheritance Curator on behalf of the Court of Milan and carries out legal advice and assistance in disputes between heirs.
